A few answers

EDI, explained simply.

Do we need to change our ERP to use EDI?

Not necessarily. We assess its import, export and API capabilities to integrate data exchanges into your environment. The choice depends on your tools and your partners’ requirements.

Can we start with just one partner?

Yes. One clearly defined initial flow lets you validate how it works, then gradually extend it to other documents and partners.

What is the difference between EDI and Peppol?

EDI means the automated exchange of structured documents between systems. Peppol is an interoperability network that uses shared specifications and service providers to enable these exchanges.

What should we prepare for an initial discussion?

The name of your business software, the documents to exchange, the partners involved and, if available, their implementation guides. An anonymised sample file also helps define the requirements.

What if your data
could flow effortlessly?

A partner to connect, a flow to improve, a project to launch.
